Gershman, Brickner & Bratton, Inc. in its capacity as Receiver for the Solid Waste Management Division of the Department of Public Works, pursuant to the Order of the United States District Court of Guam, is soliciting expressions of interest from qualified organizations for providing a Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Transfer Station and transportation of MSW from the Transfer Station to the Layon Landfill.
