Gershman, Brickner & Bratton, Inc. in its capacity as Receiver for the Solid Waste Management Division of the Department of Public Works, of the Government of Guam (“GBB”) is seeking proposals to procure technical assistance services for the initiation of groundwater quality monitoring activities for the Layon Municipal Solid Waste Landfill (Layon Landfill) in compliance with the Consent Decree (Federal Court Case CV02-0022).
