Registration Information
Residents in single family homes and apartments of four (4) units or less with ample space for carts need to register with the Solid Waste Management Division (SWMD) for trash service and the new cart.

Residents must register at 542 North Marine Corps Drive in Tumon (Phone: 646 3111); weekdays during regular hours from 8 am-5 pm, and special hours on Saturdays, 9 am-1 pm.
What happens during registration:
When you register, you will fill out a registration form and identify the location of your residence on a map. If you would like, you may print out and complete this registration form to bring with you when you register.
Fees:
The new monthly fee for collection service for one cart will be phased in as shown in the Fees Section.
Excess trash tags
During holidays and special occasions, you may have more trash than usual. When you register for collection service, you will receive four (4) FREE trash stickers to put on trash bags in case you need to place out excess trash for collection. Collectors will only pick up trash bags with these stickers. If you need extra stickers, you will be able to purchase them for $4.00 each at the main SWMD office at 542 North Marine Corps Drive in Tumon and at the three Transfer Stations and Ordot Dump facility
