As of August 31, 2011, the Ordot Dump is permanently closed to waste deliveries. On September 1, 2011, the Layon Landfill officially opened.
Who may bring waste to the Layon Landfill?
Only commercial waste haulers may dispose of waste at the Layon Landfill. Residents may bring their trash and other solid waste to the three transfer stations at Dededo, Malojloj and Agat. Hours of operation are 9 am to 5 pm, Thursday – Monday.
